Call Center Management: CrossClick Adds Herschel Younger for Hillary Clinton Campaign
Marketing and media services company CrossClick Media announced this week that is has hired Herschel L. Younger, a call center professional with over 12 years of experience working in the field of marketing, to its management team. Some of those years with the Hillary Clinton New York senatorial campaigns and with President Barack Obama during both his campaigns for the office of president. The hire suggests that CrossClick will be providing services for the VotersforHillary.com campaign before the end of 2014 when she is expected to announce whether or not she will run for the office of President.
CrossClick said in a recent news release that it is bringing Younger onto its team to help increase revenues and provide stable leadership for its marketing department. His record of government service obviously makes Younger's name stand out among his colleagues, but that is not the only experience that he can bring to CrossClick. He has also managed call center fundraising campaigns at the Sierra Club, World Wildlife Federation (WWF), Americans for Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Human Rights Committee (HRC), American Society for the Prevention and Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), National Public Radio in Los Angeles (KCET, Channel 28), the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and the Democratic National Congressional Committee (DNCC).
Kurt Kramarenko, president and CEO of CrossClick, said that Younger's passion for his job is what propels the companies he works for.
"We are very pleased that Mr. Younger has joined with our call center management team and forward to the leadership that Mr. Younger will provide his team," Kramarenko said. "We anticipate the new increasing revenues be recognized by the company from its call center and affiliate network. Mr. Younger has a deep passion for what he does and working with those in the call center to empower citizens to make a difference and make a positive change in society."
Kramarenko also hinted that CrossClick expects to build upon the expertise of Younger even after he has left the company to move onto future campaigns. He said the company will build upon its call center and new affiliate network, along with updated call center features, to further extend its own success.
Younger indicated his passion for this upcoming fundraising cycle with CrossClick.
"As an experienced student of strategic planning, I look forward to leading the Company's efforts to provide our client, VotersforHillary.com, the most successful call center campaign. I also look forward to helping lead our company and VotersforHillary.com in an effort to elect the first female President of the United States," he said.
