SiteLink Announces Updated Call Center Interface

By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor

SiteLink, a provider of software for self-storage and portable storage, has announced new call center tools that offer users more value.

Using a secure Internet connection, call centers can exchange real-time data with SiteLink Web Edition. Company officials said that call centers quote up-to-date prices, specials and storage availability to clients.

Web Edition collects reservations and inquiries and helps to convert them to paying rentals. Company officials said that reports tracking inquiries and reservations monitor leads from all sources, including call centers, and track conversion ratios.

Robert Chiti, president at OpenTech Alliance, said that SiteLink Web Edition's open call center interface allows companies like OpenTech Alliance to provide value-added services at no additional cost to self storage operators.

Noting that SiteLink Web Edition takes out the guess work, Mike Roberts, vice president of sales at XPS Services, said 'Because all transactions with Web Edition are real-time, we vastly accelerate relations with customers.'

'Integrating with SiteLink Web Edition made life easier for our clients. They can sign up with our call center and put the whole thing on auto pilot: stores don't have to bother sending us updates; Web Edition automatically updates availability and rates,' added Tron Jordheim, director at PhoneSmart.

Unlike other Web application, SiteLink Web Edition runs faster and more reliably than other web application. Company officials said that superior architecture and design lower the cost of ownership make Web Edition a favorite of operators of any size.

Earlier this year in April, SiteLink released its Inquiries and Reservations module, enabling store managers and central reservation offices alike to track leads, analyze sources of inquiries, and measure conversions rates.
