Research Division of Walker to Expand in Indianapolis

Walker, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm focusing on customer and employee strategies, recently announced the expansion of its research division, which will see will an addition of up to 80 new interviewers and supervisory staff.

In a release, Chief Operating Officer Randy Shoemaker said, "We're proud to bring jobs to the Indianapolis market. Walker has employed thousands of people in central Indiana in our 70-year history. This is yet another demonstration of our commitment to the Indianapolis community."


A wholly-owned subsidiary of Walker, Walker Research provides services such as focus groups, concept testing, market positioning studies, feasibility studies, mock jury trials and also a number of other areas of custom research.

Since Walker's Toronto call center has been closed, the company is making an effort to consolidate most of its operations in Indianapolis. The additional 80 staff will add to the current call center and will be fully operational by the start of October.

Walker Research, which is now hiring for evening positions, has been helping businesses for over 70 years and its experienced team of consultants offer tailored, comprehensive solutions to help companies achieve their business objectives and grow shareholder value.
