eMamba Announces Opening of new North American Business and Operations Center

eMamba International has announced the opening of a North American business and operations center in Sante Fe Springs, California. The company will run its North American information technology and post sales customer service operations from the 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility. The facility has also been designed to house eMamba International's headquarters.


The company delivers software-supported post sales services in addition to providing customers with services which include parts sourcing, product repairs and recycling, warranty fulfillment, and warehouse service management and distribution.

In a release, Glen Huang, President of eMamba, said, "This is an exciting step for eMamba. Work crews are making excellent progress in outfitting the space with the most advanced technologies and infrastructure upgrades to meet our needs. I'm confident that the Fortune 500 companies we are pursuing as clients will be completely satisfied with our capability to take on their accounts and drive improvement in their customer-care performance. We're on schedule to begin providing tours of the facility to select major manufacturers and Big Box retailers by mid-September."

Approximate staffing requirements for the facility sits at 175. Workers at the facility will extend management support for services provided from the location to ensure its seamless functioning. eMamba is currently in the hiring process for its facility, which the company is hopeful will help it reach out to international clients. The Santa Fe facility is expected to help enhance and improve the company's services in the North American market.
