BenchmarkPortal, a call center consulting firm, has begun accepting applications for its 2014 Top 100 Call Center Contest. The contest uses performance metrics to compare call centers around the world and recognized in a list of companies of similar size.
BenchmarkPortal (News - Alert) has become the number one source for contact center practices due to its focus on center research and analysis. Its mission is to help companies run their call centers more efficiently and effectively. To help expedite the process and offer even more to their clients, Benchmark created a contest that not only recognizes the best of the best, but also gives back something to each participant that enters the Top 100 Call Center Contest.
Benchmark said the contest helps companies to compare themselves to competitors that have similar values. “This contest will show you where you stand against your peers and may provide recognition to your staff on a job well done. The Top 100 Call Center Contest will also help identify areas of strength and weakness in the center and, after a review with one of our experts, BenchmarkPortal can help identify areas for cost savings,” Benchmark Portal said on its website.
Participants of the contest will receive a ton of data including a complete copy of the Benchmarking Survey RealityCheck report, which is about 22-pages and will explain the performance results; entry into an additional contest for the Most Improved Call Center; cash prizes if your center ranks in one of the top three slots; access to trophies and banners to be displayed in your center; and a national press release sent to national media outlets for the winners.
Applicants can sign on to the Benchmark Portal to enter the Top 100 Call Center contest and get more details on the award categories, how the winners are determined, and why you should participate in the contest.
