ISI Privacy Shield Certified

In an effort to address the transfer of personal data demands of transatlantic commerce, the Swiss Administration, European Commission and U.S. department of Commerce developed the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.

ISI Telemanagement Solutions (News - Alert) (ISI) unveiled successful certification by the European Union and U.S. Department of Commerce under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Program.  The nod of compliance adds value to ISI, as in this era there is no margin for error when dealing with customer data.

In specific, ISI earned certification by meeting the rigorous demands of added security obligation on organizations handling data, submit to an annual review mechanism, illustrate increased protection of European individual rights, in addition to transparency and safeguards in respect to government data access.
