ISI Shows Off UC Management Solutions at Dimension Data Event

UC management solutions provider ISI (News - Alert) knows a thing or two about innovation and what’s needed to deliver better business outcomes. The company helps to address these challenges with solutions like UC reporting, traffic analytics, call recording and more.

They’ll be showcasing this for the rest of the week at Dimension Data’s (News - Alert) FY 17 Annual Conference which will highlight future initiatives and offer a chance to hear company leaders speak about business development.

ISI is also a sponsoring partner of the event, which is taking place thru Nov. 18 in Orlando, Fla.

David Dishek, who is ISI’s Director of Business Development, as well as Tony Rosselli, ISI’s Microsoft Practice Director, will be in attendance to talk with attendees about the company’s Unified Communications (News - Alert) Management Solutions for Reporting, Recording, Speech Analytics, Workforce Management, and Technology Expense Management with a particular focus on compliance as a key solution.

Specifically, they’ll be highlighting UCCX Reporting & Wallboards, Contact Center Reporting & Recording, IM Compliance Recording & Archiving for Cisco & Skype (News - Alert) for Business (SfB), Integrated UC Reporting & Recording, and Network Capacity Planning & Trunk Utilization/Traffic Analysis.

Dishek commented on the importance of this participation and sponsorship, saying, “Communications platforms for voice, video, and IM/Presence technologies are changing every day. ISI advances deployment and simplifies implementation for better business outcomes.”

Earlier this year, ISI attended another large industry event for Cisco (News - Alert) where it rolled out a slate of UC collaboration offerings to better support voice, video, conferencing tools and a Jabber IM/P application.
