Collaboration and compliance technologies are unique within the financial market as they must meet with stringent regulations to protect the general public.
ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement Solutions, which specializes in telecom solutions including software and consulting services, will be hosting a free webinar tomorrow, June 25, at 12 p.m. EDT to help customers, prospects and the public learn about the importance of communications collaboration and compliance with the financial services sector.
The one-hour webinar will focus on how collaboration is changing the financial services industry, encompassing unified communications (UC) technologies like voice and instant messaging in addition to standard voice communication services.
ISI specializes in a variety of solutions for this market, including auditing, call reporting and invoice and inventory management. The company helps customers reduce their overall telecom spend by 10 to 25 percent through a blend of analytics and expense management solutions, also aiding them with data security compliance and other important regulatory issues.
The global UC market is expected to grow at a healthy 14.08 percent CAGR through 2019, with the financial services and banking sector comprising a large chunk of its customer base. Specific ISI solutions for the financial services sector include carrier bill reconciliation, trunk optimization and cost allocation. The company also offers a variety of voice and video recording services, including documentation of verbal contracts, quality assurance, and best practice and employee training.
The upcoming webinar will not only educate financial services companies about collaboration compliance issues, but will discuss rules and regulations specific to the industry. It will also offer a case study of a large organization that deployed an IM solution to aid with its compliance issues by working with ISI. Finally, the webinar will cover the so-called “Ethical Wall” and how it can help companies enforce compliance throughout their organizations.
The “Ensuring Communications Compliance in a Changing Financial Services Regulatory Landscape” webinar is open for registration through the ISI website.
