ISI Telemanagement Solutions is well-known in the field for its variety of communications tools designed to take businesses to the next level in terms of profitability. The company will be taking some of these newer items to the upcoming Cisco (News - Alert) Partner Appreciation Event in Atlanta, Ga. starting September 23.
ISI has a set of updates to show on the Verba recording solution, as well as other call reporting tools. These tools recently landed a note of confidence and were certified as compatible with Cisco's own lineup of unified communications (UC) platforms, up to and including Business Edition 6000 and Business Edition 7000.
The new line of updates will provide several noteworthy features, ranging from both reporting and recording of several different communications types, from voice and video to instant message and telepresence. There are screen capture capabilities as well, and ISI (News - Alert) will also be bringing out its recently-modified Voice Traffic Analysis Service system to help give companies a way to better manage bandwidth use and availability.
Being able to record both voice and video calling offers a set of advantages ranging from compliance with regulations and similar legal matters as well as for a variety of other purposes. Whether used to find the best candidates for future employment as employers record interviews staged, to training the newest candidates with the right ways and the wrong ways to solve problems that occur on the job, and even for dispute resolution down the line, there's plenty of value to be had with ISI's call recording solutions.
Better yet, while at the event, ISI will be discussing a variety of issues related to the field, addressing points like Jabber IM compliance, the Single Pane of Glass solution line for hybrid UC environments, and Cisco UC communication management tools, showing off the full range of issues related to this field.
ISI is well-placed to make this presentation, as it works not only with Cisco as a partner, but also with Avaya and Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync.
