Callstream, Open GI Team to Offer New Technology and Communications Services to UK Insurance Brokers

U.K.-based contact center solutions provider Callstream recently forged a new partnership agreement with Open GI, insurance broker software provider.
The new partnership will allow Open GI’s customer base to integrate Callstreams range of call center technology into its wider back office platform. Also, insurance brokers can expect a new range of technology and communications services offered through these companies.
“Partnering with an industry leader like Open GI is a mutually advantageous opportunity,” said Mick Crosthwaite, CEO, Callstream.
Crosthwaite said that they are working together to offer a range of products to insurance brokers that will enhance efficiency and help drive their businesses, while seamlessly integrated into their current back office systems.
Callstream will offer its cloud-based insurance-focused call center products along with its other offerings such as an integrated dialer called Midas and Vault- a capability that enables callers to enter credit card details via their telephone keypad etc.
The new integrated competences will enable insurance brokers to upsurge customer retention and conversion. They can also combine web and call enquiry tracking for more effective marketing and respond quickly to aggregator enquiries. Also, insurance brokers can rely on the new platform to build disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure easily. All in all, insurance brokers can drastically reduce the capital expenditure and have efficient management of claims partners.

Both the companies are jointly developing specific products to integrate with Open GI market-leading back office management systems. Recently, a fully integrated SMS function was released and more announcements are expected on the horizon.
