Friedman to oversee ISI's (News - Alert) Direct and Channel Sales Teams

Friedman is currently ISI's vice president of Direct Sales. This move will expand his sales leadership responsibilities beyond direct sales to include the management of channel (reseller) sales.
In his new role, Friedman will be responsible for leading ISI's Sales Team, spearheading larger sales transactions, working closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service, and creating and executing strategies that enhance ISI's business with both direct customers and resellers.
