Provider of telecom expense management (TEM) solutions and eProcurement solutions, Avotus (News - Alert) Corporation, will take even further steps to improve its eProcurement solutions by increasing customization capabilities with a new consulting practice.
This new eProcurement consulting practice is in response to customer demands for more customization capabilities and will improve eProcurement and contract negotiations.
With Avotus' eProcurement consulting services, companies are offered a way to simplify telecom procurement and can purchase a full suite of consulting services or choose only an initial analysis of needs.
With the eProcurement services from Avotus, expert consultants conduct detailed analysis of all contracts and handle all phases of the procurement process. The new consulting services build upon Avotus' ICM eProcurement automated solutions which allow vendors to compete in an online reverse auction for business based on best in class rates, terms and service levels.
"In the new telecom reality, enterprises are struggling to manage all aspects of the communications lifecycle," said Alan Gold, Chief Marketing Officer for Avotus in a statement to the press. "With so many devices, applications and both wireline and wireless to manage, enterprises are looking for simple, customized solutions to help them gain control over their telecom spend. Avotus eProcurement consulting services, combined with our powerful, automated eProcurement ICM product, offer enterprises an unparalleled opportunity to manage telecom spending.
Most recently, Avotus also announced a flexible financing model that enables companies to defer the start-up cost of rolling out a TEM or other BPO or IT Service solution—yet another way in which Avotus presents a creative solution to a common problem in TEM.
