Nextiva, a business VoIP solutions provider, recently launched a new home Voice over IP (VoIP) service, called Nextiva inTALK. Created specifically for the small or home business, Nextiva inTALK provides unlimited calling services and comes with a free adapter. It also does not incorporated Private Branch eXchange (PBX) features, making it very user-friendly, even for those new to VoIP.

For a limited time offer, businesses can take advantage of Nextiva inTalk for the low monthly price of $16.25 when signing up for a year of service. Businesses who want less of a commitment will pay $19.95 on a monthly basis.

Some of the Nextiva inTalk features include 3-way calling, visual voicemail, call routing, custom caller ID, do not disturb, online control, and call hold.

After making the switch to Nextiva from a traditional phone service, Jon Floyd, CEO of EFX Group saved $500 on his monthly phone bill. With Nextiva, the company can make an unlimited number of calls for as low as two cents per minute.

“Our company makes a lot of International calls. When I contacted initially Nextiva, we were paying $1600/month for six phone lines, long distance, no voicemail, and a slow internet connection. After switching, we now have ten phones, an automated attendant, a dedicated T-1 for internet, twice as many employees and our monthly cost is still $500 less than before,” said Floyd. “The call quality is great, everyone has their own voicemail, customers love how easy it is to access their reps, we couldn't be happier.”

The Nextiva inTALK Business Plan provides the small or home business with the lowest cost unlimited local and long distance with business class VoIP digital voice quality. In addition, inTALK Business works with your regular telephones and there is no software to download and you do not need a computer.

Chris Phillips, CEO of justdevelopit.com, manages five different businesses with 25 associates located across Europe and the U.S. handling issues for 600 clients. He was in dire need of an affordable and flexible long distance calling service.

“Nextiva presented us with a solution that fit our needs exactly. Now my employees are just an extension away. The Nextiva Connect360 system that we use makes our entire company seem like it is in one place, so our customers can reach us easily, and our potential customers get the right impression,” explained Phillips.

One of the biggest benefits of adopting a business VoIP solution from Nextiva is that you will gain award-winning customer service.  Nextiva knows that especially in today’s tough economy, providing superior customer service should be at the forefront of all businesses.

Not only does the company provide excellent customer service, it ensures that its business VoIP customers gain the phone features they need to keep their own clients happy and coming back for more. With advanced features such as automated attendant, call forwarding, e911, voicemail to e-mail, and more.

There is no better time to make the switch from a traditional phone service to Nextiva business VoIP. Not only will you save up to 80 percent on your monthly phone bill, you will also project a more professional image and be seen as a company that keeps up with technology innovations.
