Tata Communications Unveils GlobalRapide

This week, global telecom service provider Tata Communications announced the launch of Tata Communications GlobalRapide, a new UCaaS offering designed to provide business customers with advanced, cloud-based communications management tools.

With a high percentage of the modern workforce converting to hybrid and remote work setups, businesses have a responsibility to provide employees with sophisticated collaboration resources to maintain full productivity from any location. However, managing the vast number of digital resources across channels can be complicated.
