Avaya Intros Experience Builders to Address Evolving Customer Demands

During this year’s GITEX technology week in Dubai, cloud communications leader Avaya unveiled a new platform specifically designed to help create better relationships between businesses and customers. Named Avaya Experience Builders™, this offering is a consolidation of services and networking resources to improve communications, integrate advanced operational enhancements, and prepare businesses and enterprises for evolving customer demands.


Now that a great deal of the current workforce is utilizing remote and hybrid setups, the economy no longer adheres to the 9 to 5 lifestyle. Customers expect to have quality service at all times, regardless of business hours.
