net2phone Officially Launches 'net2phone for Salesforce'
Unified cloud communications solution provider net2phone has announced the launch of net2phone for Salesforce on Salesforce AppExchange.
The need for efficiency within the customer service space is becoming a major topic within the business world. Customers are increasingly becoming frustrated with long and tedious call times, leading many business operations to look for new opportunities to speed up routine customer service calls.
