Telinta Makes Provisioning for IP Phones Easy Adds Grandstream and Yealink

Springfield, New Jersey-based Telinta, a provider of cloud-based white label VoIP switching and billing solutions, works to provide Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs) with a way to easily add, manage, configure and update IP Phones from anywhere.


The company recently announced it has added to its portfolio of offerings with the addition of auto-provisioning profiles for Grandstream 2613 and 2614 phones and Yealink VC500 IP phones. This adds to the company's already robust portfolio of popular manufacturers that it can automate provisioning for.

Not only does the company’s offering remove the need for manual configuration or installer visits, but it also helps ensure that firmware updates and all billing and payment settings are also handled using the cloud-based platform.

Phones need simply to connect to an IP network and they will automatically connect to Telinta’s platform and begin an instant download of the configuration profile. ITSPs and their resellers may also offer branded offerings including Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, Business VoIP and more.

In response to the growing need for remote work capabilities during COVID-19, Telinta also recently announced a suite of services targeted specifically for work-from-home employees. Virtual Office, an ITEXPO Best of Show award winner, offers the ability to utilize a mobile softphone app to reroute calls so an IP phone isn’t needed it also provides access to voice, video and messaging capabilities.
