Recently, the company announced that it’s VoIP solution was chosen by two electric cooperatives to power their VoIP product portfolios.
Its new customers, Cumberland Connect and ecoLINK, are both recently launched ISPs focused on offering new broadband services to customers.
Cumberland Connect is a wholly-owned non-profit subsidiary of Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation in Tennessee and is deploying broadband and phone services to its 100,000-plus members over the next several years.
ecoLINK, which is also newly launched ISP of East Central Oklahoma Electric Cooperative, is currently working to roll out a broadband portfolio that includes residential and commercial VoIP services in the area.
"These electric cooperatives are doing important work bringing economic vitality to their communities with state-of-the-art broadband services," stated Kevin Dundon, Executive Vice President, with Alianza. "Broadband and cloud voice is a powerful combination and we are working in lockstep with Cumberland Connect and ecoLINK teams to help them best serve their members."
Alizana’s fiber broadband VoIP solution was first introduced in 2017 and now has over 25 electric cooperatives with large subscriber bases. The offering can be used for newly launching VoIP services as well as those upgrading to next-gen solutions.
