UCaaS is certainly not new, but is picking up traction. Market share isn’t massive, but it is growing, quickly. As such, cloud communications providers are taking notice. In acquiring Versature, net2phone now possesses a presence across North America with operations in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, United States and now Canada.
