ProCom, a Maryland-based cable television, internet, and landline provider is offering VoIP Phone systems to small to medium-sized companies. Included phone package features are auto attendant, voicemail, call record, call monitor, and more.

Various packages are offered to Maryland and West Virginia-based companies for just one monthly fee, based on which one is chosen. The goal for ProCom is one-stop shopping for all of its consumers, offering various equipment choices for both VoIP and PBX systems. Phone systems, when meshed with broadband, allow for businesses to make calls directly from computers.

Here are the three VoIP/ SIP Trunking options available to businesses:

  • Option 1: $20/SIP Trunk per month including unlimited long distance-*DID’s are $1.50 per DID per month. 30+ DID’s are $0.75 cents per DID per month.
  • Option 2: $25/SIP Trunk per month including unlimited Local calling plus 500 minutes of Long Distance per SIP Trunk. If a business has five lines, 2500 Long Distance minutes combined are given. *Overage on Long Distance is billed at $0.029 cents per minute.
*DID’s are $1.50 per DID per month. 30+ DID’s are $0.75 cents per DID per month.
  • Option 3: $27/ SIP Trunk per month including unlimited Local and Long Distance calling. *DID’s are $1.50 per DID per month. 30+ DID’s are $0.75 cents per DID per month.

Getting involved in the VoIP market is extremely advantageous as the Global VoIP Services Market is anticipated to grow from $83 billion (2015) to $140 billion in 2021. The CAGR is at 9.1 percent, according to Market Research Store.

Additionally, the SIP Trunking services market is poised to reach $20.7 billion by 2024. Last year, it was believed that 67 percent of companies would adopt SIP Trunking so this is taking over.

The latest VoIP services and products will be on display at ITEXPO 2018 in Ft. Lauderdale (Feb 14-16), including three days of conference sessions and keynotes discussing and debating the hottest topics in tech today, from unified communications to cybersecurity and from open source to blockchain.
