Natterbox's New Multilingual Phone System

Accordance announced it chose Natterbox for a completely new telephony system. Included is innovative Advanced Voice Services (AVS) for seamless Salesforce integration to aid Accordance consumers. Natterbox supports deskphones, soft-phones, and web phones, being the first telephony platform to be 100 percent Salesforce integrated.




Barry Reynolds, Head of IT for Accordance, had this to say: “We looked at all options including BT Cloud Voice. We selected Natterbox because of their leading Salesforce integration and excellent customer services. We have been delighted with their swift and efficient replacement of our PBX with a new, flexible cloud based solution. This has saved us significant time and effort during our recent office move – we left our old office on Friday and were ready to send and receive calls the following Monday.”

Natterbox aims to be extremely personalized and customer-driven with its new initiatives. The Advanced Voice Services (AVS) modules include these offerings:
