Nextiva announced it received the Hot Vendor in Communications and Collaborations award from Aragon Research. Annually, Aragon conducts a review spanning multiple markets to help choose the innovative Hot Vendors which are redefining the industry, providing unique offerings, or creating new technologies that  expand capabilities or open new markets. The UCC market is especially vital as it is expected to reach $62.2 billion by 2022, according to market intelligence firm Global Industry Analysts.

Nextiva is a cloud-based communications provider, looking for ways to ease the ways companies communicate. By utilizing cloud computing, employees do not have to be physically in the office to collaborate with their teams. If a business has multiple locations, it is especially beneficial to get every group working on the same page. Arizona-based Nextiva serves over 150,000 businesses over the United States.

“It’s an honor to be recognized for our achievement as a leading communications provider as we continue to create innovative solutions,” said Yaniv Masjedi, Nextiva CMO. “We’re always working with our customers’ needs in mind to improve our current offerings and create new ones, like NextOS. This is part of our dedication to providing Amazing Service® in everything we do.”

In May, Aragon Research named Nextiva a 2017 Hot Vendor in Unified Communications and Collaboration. This was thanks to its feature-rich VoIP phone service that includes a mobile app, cloud backup, storage service, virtual faxing, and business analytics.

As for the latest award, Aragon Research’s CEO, Founder and lead analyst, Jim Lundy, had this to say: “Nextiva is a 2017 Hot Vendor in Unified Communications because of their ability to offer a complete UCC platform. Nextiva’s newest offering, NextOS, provides the modularity and advanced analytics that others often can only match with third party solutions. Enterprises looking for a cloud-based phone system with full UCC capabilities such as Voice, Video, and Analytics should evaluate Nextiva.”

Companies who work with Nextiva include Burger King, Target, Allstate, and IBM.
