Nextiva's NexCon to Focus on CX

Business communications solutions provider Nextiva is getting ready for the NexCon event in October. The gathering will cater to Nextiva customers and partners, and any other individuals and organizations that are interested in how to improve customer experience.

Speeches and sessions will address such topics as changing customer expectations, how to deliver a great customer experience, how to more effectively engage customers, how to keep them engaged, and the role of employees in the customer experience.

Attendees will include business owners, C-level executives, customer service professionals, human resources department staff members, and IT professionals. At NextCon, these attendees with get the opportunity for hands-on training with Nextiva’s technology and products so they can better take advantage of tools they already have and learn about new ones. They will learn about proven techniques to achieve higher customer satisfaction. And they will gain an understanding of new methods for engaging their employees so they can improve customer experiences.

Nextiva CEO Tomas Gorny will deliver the opening keynote on Monday, Oct. 23. Other key speakers during the three-day event in Scottsdale, Ariz. will include bestselling authors and entrepreneurs Mike Michalowicz, Neil Patel, and Carol Roth, and author and consultant Micah Solomon.

This event will take place at the beautiful Talking Stick Resort, where attendees will also be able to enjoy gambling, golf, good food, great weather, and luxury accommodations.
