MyNetFone Launches Unlimited Business VoIP Plans

Businesses now have more communication options, but for the vast majority, the cost can limit their ability to fully access the services and leverage the technology to improve productivity throughout the organization. This is especially the case for SMB's. Australia's MyNetFone just announced an unlimited business VoIP plan with a fixed price option without sacrificing many of the options businesses depend on.

MyNetFone is the largest provider of hosted voice and data communications services for business, enterprise and residential users in Australia. The company is part of the owner and operator of the largest VoIP network and a global Tier 1 voice carrier network in the country (MNF Group), which gives it the necessary infrastructure to deliver the new unlimited business VoIP service it is offering.

"Customer feedback and our own consumer research identified both a demand and gap in the market for fixed-price business voice plans that give peace of mind to business owners when managing operational expenses. As an innovative, forward-thinking company, MyNetFone offers a solution that’s all-inclusive of call features and charged ‘per-line’ rather than the traditional ‘per-seat’ model," said Rene Sugo, CEO of MNF Group.

Using its Virtual PBX phone system, MyNetFone customers can access plans with two to thirty lines with a host of call handling features and make unlimited calls to local, national and Australian mobile numbers. Some of the call handling features include auto-attendant, hunt-groups, extension dialing, redirects and value added services without additional fees.

The new business VoIP plan also offers increased flexibility as to the number of users and lines that can be shared at any given time. The company says the plans are based on the number of simultaneous phone calls that are shared. So even if the company pays for 20 phone lines and only 12 of them are being used, a business can choose to pay only for the 12 lines. This makes it possible for a business to quickly address unexpected surge in business without having to go through a long and expensive onboarding process.

Another benefit of the unlimited plans is a business will always know the invoice, further simplifying long term budgets without having to worry about any fluctuations regardless of the number of calls being made.
