Small businesses want the same flexibility, agility and scalability as large enterprises when it comes to communications. Until very recently, these capabilities were not available to small businesses because of the cost involved in obtaining them. But with IP communications, these options are readily available to small businesses. TieTechnology, which provides small business service based solutions, including unified communications with hosted business VoIP, announced it wants to expand and make these services available in the Western United States.

In addition to IP communications, TieTechnology also provides merchant credit card processing, merchant cash advances and online marketing strategies. According to the company, it is looking to offer businesses the ability to provide a one stop service for all of their product needs.

With its move to the west, it will provide advanced hosted business VoIP services that will give small businesses a wide range of features to fully take advantage of everything IP communications offers. The states the company will expand are Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California, which will include some of the largest cities in those states such as Phoenix, Scottsdale Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Carson City, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and others.

TieTechnology said, "Many small businesses today are making the switch over to business VoIP phone systems, but a lot of small businesses are overlooking some of the most valuable features. Companies will discover a host of other features that can help any small business."

Some of the standard features mentioned by the company include voicemail, call waiting, toll-free numbers, call forwarding, and remote operation. But as TieTechnology rightly points out, there are many more features that are valuable which are being overlooked by small businesses.

One of the most important features in today's collaborative environment is conferencing. With conferencing taking place on smartphones, tablets and computers, employees and the people that participate must be accessible at all times. The TieTechnology VoIP solution has been designed to give businesses a reliable communication platform by combining and storing data onto one single network to increase the manageability, cost-effectiveness, and productivity of how they communicate.

Some of the other features of the hosted VoIP communications TieTechnology provides include, voice to email transcription, call screening, coaching tools, auto attendant and more.
