Nextiva Receives Two Stevie Awards for Customer Service

Nextiva, a cloud communication service provider, has announced that it won two bronze Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service has recognized the company with two bronze awards.


The company won the awards for exceptional customer service and customer service department of the year in the telecommunications category.

“We are honored to be recognized by the Stevie Awards for our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service," Yaniv Masjedi, Nextiva vice president of marketing, said. "We define Amazing Service as creating the most complete and customer-focused user experience, and it is the driving force behind our growth and success.”

The company targets businesses with cloud-based phone systems, unified communications, hosted call centers and SIP trunking services. While Nextiva targets small-and-medium-sized businesses, it also boasts an impressive array of corporate clients, including Delta Air Lines, Burger King, IBM and others.

Nextiva credits its success to its commitment to obsessively valuing the customer. The company said that its motto is “Amazing Service,” and that it drives everything the company does, from how sales staff interact with potential customers all the way to support staff.

The company is unique in its commitment to both enterprise and small business at the same time. Most of the testimonials on its website are from small businesses like bakeries or law firms.

Winners like Nextiva also bolster the Stevie Awards in turn.

The Stevie Awards aren’t the only people in the industry taking notice. TMC’s own INTERNET TELEPHONY recognized Nextiva with a 2015 Unified Communications Product of the Year award earlier this month.
