Passwords – they’re something we all have to have, yet are easily forgotten when we use too many. Experts advise that no two logins should maintain the same password, yet remembering even the key authentication code can be a challenge. If you’re in an environment where you must change your password every six weeks, the complexity intensifies.

If you want to continue to enjoy the benefits of online applications and services, you have to be prepared to protect your information and any networks you use in the process.

A recent Nextiva blog focused on this issue, offering one single rule to help you remember all the different passwords you need to navigate applications and programs safely. As a business VoIP solutions provider, Nextiva understands the importance of protection given the growing instance of VoIP fraud throughout the global market.

The rule offered by this business VoIP  provider to remember all of your passwords: select a base password and then include part of the name of the service associated with it.
