BeroNet, a manufacturer of ISDN, Analog, Hybrid and Fixed GSM VoIP PCI Cards, Gateways and Appliances in Europe, announced the launch of “BeroCloud”, a cloud-managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) card and gateway solution.

BeroCloud, according to company officials, is the world’s first software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud-based solution targeting the VoIP solution providers and Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Service Providers (ITSPs). The solution allows these customers to manage their installed base of BeroNet devices through any Web browser.

A Cloud SaaS (News - Alert) solution, BeroCloud helps  VoIP solution providers and ITSPs to remotely monitor their systems, batch update firmware, backup configurations, recover settings, create projects and schedule automatic tasks, company officials said.

“BeroCloud is a game changer for the entire VoIP PBX (News - Alert) Solution Provider and Carrier industry,” said Nadahl Shocair, longtime telecommunications industry expert and adviser to BeroNet, in a statement.

“Unlike any other VoIP PCI Card or Gateway (News - Alert) solution on the global market, this is a World First as it allows every customer of BeroNet to make the easy leap into the Cloud to effectively and efficiently manage and monitor their entire installed base of BeroNet VoIP PCI Cards and Gateways through the ubiquity of the Internet and from any device, be it their desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone,” Shocair added.

BeroCloud is now available in Beta. The service is now available to BeroNet Certified Solution Providers by invitation only.

Earlier last year, the company announced a partnership with 3CX, a developer of the popular software PBX for Windows - 3CX Phone (News - Alert) System, to pair 3CX’s software-based IP-PBX with Berofix VoIP gateways. As part of this partnership, BeroNet also certified interoperability between 3CX’s popular PBX for Windows and Beronet’s Berofix VoIP gateways.
