Telegration Signs Master Agent Partnership with Broadview Networks

Telegration, a Great Lakes-based master sales agency which provides business VoIP services, announced a master agent partnership with Broadview Networks (News - Alert), a leading communications and cloud services provider, to deliver communications and cloud computing services to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) nationwide.

The partnership will benefit both firms as more and more SMBs consider moving their software, applications and infrastructure into the cloud. The partnership will allow Telegration to offer Broadview’s unique and targeted solutions to their customers all over the country.

In July TMCnet reported that one of the biggest trends of 2011 so far is the surge of small and medium businesses (SMBs) who are increasingly turning to cloud services. The report cited an IDC report that stated that worldwide revenue for servers deployed to public clouds will reach $3.6 billion in 2015 while private cloud server revenue will reach $5.8 billion.

Recent reports also confirm that SMBs are increasingly shifting to leading cloud-based technologies like video conferencing and collaboration. Infonetics predicts enterprises will spend $5 billion on videoconferencing and telepresence systems by 2015, while Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) forecasts the Web conferencing and collaboration market will reach $4.12 billion by 2014.

As a leading Master Agent, Telegration offers a complete range of local, long distance, and Internet services from leading providers including AT&T, Cbeyond, Global Crossing, TDS Metrocom, XO Communications (News - Alert), US Signal, and others, the company said. In addition, Telegration also provides its own private-branded long distance services for voice, video and data applications using the TNCI and Sprint (News - Alert) networks.

“We partnered with Broadview Networks because of their outstanding portfolio of cloud communications and IT services for small and medium-sized businesses,” said Telegration President Denis Raue, in a statement. “Broadview brings both depth and breadth to their service offerings.”

Broadview Networks markets its products and services through both direct and indirect sales channels and works with more than 300 channel partners to provide an innovative portfolio of cloud-based communications and IT services and award-winning customer support to businesses nationwide.

“Telegration brings tremendous expertise and depth of experience to this partnership as one of the most highly-respected providers of business telecommunication services in the Great Lakes region,” said Rob Westervelt, senior vice president of Channel Partner (News - Alert) Sales for Broadview Networks, in a statement.
