Versature, an Ottawa-based Hosted PBX (News - Alert) service provider for small-to-medium sized businesses, has launched an official channel partner program for Managed IT Service Providers (MSPs) in Canada.
Thanks to the program, MSPs would now be able to partner with Versature in order to provide business-class VoIP as part of their Managed IT service portfolio.
“Speaking with MSPs, we found the biggest hurdle they had to recommending VOIP solutions to their existing and prospective customer base was they didn’t know who to trust,” said Paul Emond, CEO of Versature, in a statement.
Emond said that customers place a lot of faith in their MSPs and so they don’t make recommendations lightly.
“It’s up to us to prove to the MSP community that we are the go-to provider for Hosted PBX solutions in the channel,” he said.
Officials with Versature said that the channel partner program features a dedicated partner support hotline available for immediate assistance and locally staffed; access to a secure partner portal website providing an abundance of sales and marketing tools; constant network status updates via http://trust.versature (News - Alert).com; and an alliance with a completely transparent, reliable, trustworthy and well established Hosted PBX partner.
Sam Arseneau of SupportMyMac, a Versature partner based in Ottawa said that Versature's Hosted PBX service is rock solid and their support team is amazing.
“As a local IT service provider, we have been recommending their solution to all of our clients with full confidence. We are very satisfied with the service and would recommend them anytime,” said Arseneau.
TMCnet in 2012 reported that Canadian Hosted PBX provider, Versature, has expanded its footprint by 270 percent, increasing the number of areas that it services from 350 to 950 cities and towns across Canada.
Versature's Hosted PBX service provides professional-grade business telephone and call control features, as well as optional advanced features such as fax-to-email, conferencing, call centre features and more.
