Business software provider NetSuite Inc. has announced the availability of two new video interviews with SAP customers -- Siemens (News - Alert) PLM Software and Software AG -- sharing their experiences using NetSuite cloud software for professional services automation (PSA).
The videos highlight that both the companies effectively reduced cost and enhanced productivity after implementing the NetSuite (News - Alert) PSA cloud in their organizations.
NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP) is an end-to-end business software solution geared for services-oriented business. It includes customer relationship management (CRM) and professional services automation (PSA) software, as well as accounting/enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
NetSuite’s business software has enabled each company’s professional services teams to work more efficiently and acquire greater insight into key business processes at the same time as streamlining financial processes through integration with their corporate SAP (News - Alert) ERP system.
NetSuite recently released its 2Q 2010 results, reporting a 17 percent rise in revenue. The company posted revenue of $47.1 million and profit of $1.9 million.
