NetSuite, Gigya Up the Ante on Customer Engagement

Gigya Social Login allows users to authenticate their identities using a preferred social network account. Any changes to the social network account are reflected in the Social Login. This means that as soon as they register and login to the website, they can connect and make meaningful relationships happen.

Valuable identity and behavior data is then collected in one place using a next-generation database (Gigya Identity Storage) it has the ability to store data streams from social network profiles and user activities across multiple devices while ensuring all round compliance.

Using Gigya’s social plugins, which are integrated with social networks, visitors can be offered a completely social onsite experience. All the plugins work together and seamlessly integrate with social login and also all the other tools on the website. By giving them what they want and how they want it, these visitors can be converted into loyal customers.
