DataServ, a Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, recently announced it will provide its accounts payable (AP) automation solution to a national leader in healthcare services.

DataServ explains that its accounts payable software simplifies and improves business processes and tailors the solution to work the way clients want it to, without the high cost of customization.

The solution features Digital Mailroom which takes any documents, accurately scan them and convert them to data that clients can quickly and easily route for approval. As a result, the clients can skip the high capital costs of setting up their own scanning and capture operation, buying specialized software, including high priced consultants to implement, and then the high labor costs associated with the inherent learning curve to optimize their in-house process.
