This cloud based solution promises to help organizations all around the world work smarter by offering  new methods to improve the storage, management, and processing of information.

Therefore Online is offered in subscription-based model for organizations that don't want to support an on premise server, yet desire the convenience of having their data stored, backed-up and available in the cloud through a hosted service provider.

Users have the option to use document scanner such as Canon’s DR-Scanner models or an MFP such as a Canon image RUNNER ADVANCE MFP, to store the required information in the Therefore Online system. They also have an option to classify, index and archive the document for their future reference.

Users can have a sign of relief after storing the data in new Therefore Online, as this system stores documents in a secure environment and offers complete controls over document access. Users can also take advantage of other features such as audit trails, version control, digital signatures, and retention policy compliance.

Additionally, the Therefore solution offers users with three methods of accessing information remotely. Users can use Therefore Web Access, which allows access from any browser; or users can use Therefore Mobile App (for iPhone, iPad and Android (News - Alert) devices) to view documents, from their mobile device; or they can even get hooked to Therefore Anywhere, which allows one to take documents offline, and edit them from wherever they are and later update when the network connection is up.

According to Junichi Yoshitake, Therefore Online is also ideal for small and medium sized businesses. Therefore Online is currently available in the United States via Canon and Canon authorized dealers.
