Akorbi Selects Plunet BusinessManager
Akorbi, a provider of multilingual business solutions, recently announced that it has replaced its Web-based platform for business process and translation management with the BusinessManager from Plunet GmbH.
Plunet BusinessManager solution will provide a high degree of automation and flexibility to Akorbi by integrating translation software, financial accounting and quality management systems. Within a configurable system, various functions and extensions of Plunet BusinessManager can be adapted to individual requirements, supporting the critical information needs of Akorbi’s clients.
With the solution, Akorbi will be able to plan and control their telephone, letter and email marketing campaigns. They will be able to create tasks for all customers and employees and then track these tasks in real time, with no interruptions. The Plunet dashboard provides a constant overview of any outstanding tasks.
