TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a company specializing in analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, has been expanding rigorously in Arkansas, and has announced that the company will soon inaugurate new customer experience site in Jonesboro, to cater to customer needs.

The company already has a customer site in Sherwood, and this will be the second center which will support employment opportunities in the U.S.

The new center is expected to create 150 jobs within the Jonesboro community, and in the coming years might fill up to 600 positions. In addition, TeleTech (News - Alert) previously added 250 jobs in Sherwood, and together with the Jonesboro site, the company is expected to expand to 1,000 positions.

TeleTech is expecting candidates with the right qualifications to give their clients the best experience. The Jonesboro facility will be supporting a health insurance company and will be located on Caraway Road. 

 "With an existing TeleTech site in Sherwood and a new site in Jonesboro, we are expanding our footprint in Arkansas," said Ken Tuchman, chairman and chief executive officer of TeleTech.

Tuchman said that the new Jonesboro site will be integral to TeleTech's continued growth, particularly within the healthcare vertical, a complicated industry that requires an exceptional customer experience.

The company has also built good rapport with its partners in Jonesboro, including the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Harold Perrin, who are supporting the induction of the new center.
