Acquisition of IBM Customer Care Business by Concentrix 95 Percent Complete

Concentrix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation has announced the addition of 19 delivery locations, across 13 countries, completing the second phase of the acquisition of IBM (News - Alert)'s global customer care and industry process services business.  This is a significant milestone as it means over 95 percent of the acquisition is complete. It also expands Concentrix’s global customer care and industry process services global workforce to over 45,000 employees.
