This Canada based company has recently rolled out a new process suite that combines a number of separately-sold products for business process management.
According to the company, the Process Suite is introduced as a comprehensive process automation and case management solution that supports business agility, collaboration, and efficiency, and lets users respond quickly to the needs of their customers and employees.
It is also said that the new suite lets organizations to shorten complicated business and case automation processes around enterprise content management, customer engagement, information exchange and information discovery.
The new Process suite comprises solutions such OpenText Cordys 10.5, BPM Everywhere, Process Component Library and AppWorks Gateway (News - Alert).
OpenText Cordys 10.5 mainly brings process and case management together in one system to help automate processes and the newly introduced BPM Everywhere helps the working staff to cooperate through a social user interface on any device.
Apart from that, the new Process Component Library helps in assembling the applications from a library of case management and service delivery components, whereas the new AppWorks Gateway integrates the full set of OpenText products using developer resources and RESTful APIs.
“Process Suite simplifies what’s traditionally been a complicated process, and decreases development times from nine to 18 months down to three to six months,” Muhi Majzoub, OpenText’s senior-vice president of engineering, said in a statement. “It provides the agility necessary to design, develop, and deploy rich automation and case management applications quickly, and makes it easier for our customers to understand, purchase and deploy their own solutions.”
Process Suite can either be used as an on-premise solution or in the cloud as a SaaS (News - Alert) or PaaS solution.
