Qualfon Strengthens its Footprint in Mexico

By Mini Swamy, TMCnet Contributor

Qualfon, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) and call center service provider, is experiencing rapid client growth in Latin America, while Mexico is re-emerging as a great market for BPO services. Add those together, and what do you have? Right! Qualfon is once again in business.

The BPO provider, which had recently announced three other new business opportunities in its Mexico City location, will be providing customer acquisition and on-boarding services on behalf of an Internet search company, which is planning to expand the program over time.

The company has a strong track record of excellent customer service and is deeply committed to providing value-creating services. Qualfon’s differentiated business model plus its ability to provide high-performing and cost-effective solutions were what caught the Search company’s attention.

“This partnership is significant because we’re diversifying beyond basic consumer work and providing SMB customers with consultative services including marketing campaign management,” said Bob Dechant, chief sales and marketing officer at Qualfon.

With the evolution of technology, the scope of outsourced customer interaction has expanded from outbound telemarketing calls to a broad spectrum of customer management services and now includes customer acquisition and on-boarding services.

It’s a well known fact that business growth can be achieved only by acquiring new customers and by retaining old ones. Given challenging market conditions, those are not easy tasks. Also, It is a proven fact that customer onboarding is critical to build profitable and long lasting relationships. It’s here that Qualfon will play an important role.

The BPO provider understands the market, and its Mexico location serves as an important hub for customer acquisition. It plays a pivotal role in helping customers expand their customer base, minimizes costs and reduces lead times. For the untutored, it runs various onboarding campaigns aimed at forging lasting customer relationships. Qualfon’s new services directly support small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) and further expand its portfolio of work.

“This proves our wide variety of capabilities and serves as evidence of Qualfon’s maturity in the Latin American BPO market,” observed Dechant.

Qualfon does appear to be doing all it can to live up to its mission of “Be the Best BPO. Make People’s Lives Better.”
