Kerbey Lane asserted that it wanted a quality, fully-integrated HCM solution to effectively manage its HR needs and found that ECI Empower’ user-friendly interface and efficiency was a better choice. ECI also aligned with Kerbey’s style and requirements.

Ever since the induction of payroll and human resources software into the enterprise environments, companies have been searching for a single-source systems that would allow them to manage each aspect of the employee life cycle. But with traditional technologies, there is much data entry redundancy, a lack of data consistency, and creating meaningful reports requires much manual intervention.

ECI stated that its fully integrated Empower Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Solution including HR/Benefits/Payroll leverages a single database to manage the entire employment life cycle and can seamlessly overcome the aforementioned challenges.

Kerbey Lane acknowledged that ECI had a dedicated team available to it around the clock and it was well informed through the entire implementation process, and the onsite training was thorough and clear. Even Kerbey’s ECI sales representative knew answers to drilled down questions, and it did not experience turnover of ECI employees throughout implementation, unlike in previous implementations, which provided the company consistency, trust, and relationship building.
