iDatix Selects Onsoft as Southern Africa Reseller Partner

Company officials touted its ability to capture any document in any format, turn paper forms into Web-based forms, and secure, store and make them accessible when required by providing enterprise-wide process automation that seamlessly integrates with core business applications.
Further, by empowering employees, business partners and clients with instant access to documents, data and knowledge – either in the workplace or via their mobile devices – iSynergy accelerates work and business processes from days to minutes.
According to John Machonis, executive vice president of sales and marketing at iDatix, iSynergy combined all of the core elements of data and content to form a complete ECM solution.
He described it as a total approach that automated business processes both on the backend with systems and the front end with employee processes, leading to greater returns, more efficient business and happier employees and clients.
“At the end of the day, it’s about doing more with less, or better yet, doing a lot more with the same resources,” observed Machonis.
With the release of iSynergy 4.5, iDatix is advancing the way people get work done by converging mobile capture and enhanced electronic forms. The new mobile app allows for remote capture and direct submission into the document management repository and Progression, iDatix's workflow automation system.
