Infor Releases Inforce Marketing Marketing Automation System
Infor, a provider of business application software, has announced the release of Inforce Marketing, a comprehensive global marketing automation system built on the Salesforce Platform.
According to company sources, Inforce Marketing will provide enterprise-strength capabilities in an economical, user-friendly format. Marketers will benefit from high speed, efficiency and clarity concerning marketing plans and budgets delivered via a one-stop workspace covering all campaign communications.
“Previously, sophisticated marketing operations relied on antiquated software that was expensive and hard to manage, inhibiting them from accessing an accurate picture of campaigns and information when they needed it,” said George Wright, senior vice president and general manager of CRM, Infor.
Infor has developed Inforce Marketing to streamline marketing processes. The solution integrates deeply with Salesforce to streamline the marketing process, and offers greater visibility over leads, costs, results and revenue.
It lets marketers focus on other critical issues as they can now identify lead generation at each level of planning.
Inforce Marketing, included in AppExchange’s new Social Apps Showcase, links back-office ERP to front-office lead and customer management. The new solution helps optimize multichannel campaign management as it allows for the automatic execution of a campaign, freeing marketers from checking on progress and manual follow-up.
It lends support to multichannel campaigns like e-mail, direct mail, social media and telemarketing.
The marketing automation system gives clear visibility into lead optimization by assessing the quality of leads and checking if it matches the company’s ideal lead profile. It also provides advanced analytics and reporting which will help marketers plan, manage and monitor revenue objectives and KPIs for further improvement.
In April 2012, Infor presented the Infor10 ION Workspace, a solution that enhances the Workspace user experience, by offering role-based information from multiple applications in a single interface with a common, sleek look-and-feel to enhance decision making across the enterprise.
