Jeeves Universal has been deployed as the strategic business platform for Reynolds Cycling, a manufacturer and distributor of high performance bicycle wheels. All of Reynolds’ business aspects have now been merged into a single seamless platform.

“Our business continues to become more global with respect to both the customer base as well as the footprint of our locations. The addition of a service center in Germany last year and the recent addition of Sales and Procurement offices in Taiwan increase our reach and our complexity significantly. For this reason we have taken a strategic decision that in order to grow more efficiently we had to move our business systems onto a single integrated platform with the functionality and flexibility needed to accommodate our complex business and growth expectations. Jeeves was our logical choice,” remarked Mike Dufner, CFO of Reynolds Cycling, in a press release.

Jeeves Information Systems asserted that its Jeeves Universal is the ERP system for companies who understand that the key to success is a flexible standard system. With Jeeves Universal, users get the advantage of standardized software with functionality that is continuously developed, without having to lose any adaptability. They have also have a customized standard system as their business develops, for realizing the opportunity to grow with profitability.  

The company also stated that Jeeves Universal was modeled to act in an international context and is equipped with a flexible infrastructure that can be adapted to any company irrespective of the geographical area of operations.

Some of the features of Jeeves Universal are CRM, intercompany transactions, SCM/logistics, production, service management, finance and business intelligence and these can be very advantageous to Reynolds.

Technology Partners reportedly sold Jeeves Universal to Reynolds Cycling and it was implemented by Jeeves Platinum partner, Infocube.
