Delta Outsource Group Leverages Latitude Software's Hosted Debt Collection Solution

Latitude Software, an Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) company that provides debt collection software and services, announced Delta Outsource Group, a national debt collection company, has realized cost-effective business growth by deploying Latitude Software’s hosted debt collection solution.

Delta Outsource Group uses the hosted version of Latitude Center, its core product for managing pre- and post-charge-off accounts and the entire collection workflow process, to support its collection agents located at the company's headquarters in Lake St. Louis, Mo. It enables agents to process more than 25,000 interactions per day.

The debt collection company is also using Latitude add-on applications to “manage collection outsourcing; share data and account information with customers via a secure Web portal; automate account treatment strategies; integrate with third-party dialing systems; and help customers better analyze data,” the company said.

The low up-front costs and broad feature-set of the hosted Latitude software suite has enabled the company to compete against larger companies, says Delta Outsource Group's COO, Nick Jarman. “Its built-in capabilities such as plug-and-play integrations with numerous credit bureaus and skip tracing companies have kept our operations streamlined for ongoing efficiencies.”

Further the software’s ease of use has benefitted Delta Outsource Group immensely. This, combined with a simple license activation to add new users, has enabled the company to take on new business fast. The software is easy to manage, so the company did not have to hire any programming or IT staff to manage it.

Jarman said, “Adding to this benefit is Latitude's very impressive response time -- whether we have questions or want to give feedback, they get back to us fast and really listen.”

With the new software, Delta Outsource Group was also able to attract new business too, according to Jarman. “Many of our customers were already using the Latitude software suite, which made it easier to win their business because they had already been sold on the software's reliability and flexibility.”

Recently SIMM Associates, a national accounts receivable management firm, also reported reduced operational costs as a result of deploying the debt collection solution from Latitude Software. By deploying the solution, the company was able to eliminate third-party developer fees, which equates to a savings of more than $8,000 per month.
