Business Process Automation: Fanfare to Help IP Infusion with End-to-End Testing
Fanfare, a provider of automated testing solutions and expertise, claimed that its iTest software is going to enable IP Infusion (News - Alert), a provider of embedded communications software, to automate its end-to-end testing process. IP Infusion will also be able to bring down its time-to-market while at the same time upholding its reputation for providing HQ market-ready solutions.
Available in multiple editions, iTest matches the right functionality to the right job role, experience level and use model. QA team members, from developers to automation engineers, can use different editions of iTest to create a highly efficient automation assembly line. For IP Infusion, iTest will provide powerful test automation capabilities that enable IP Infusion to streamline its quality process, saving time and resources. iTest provides the necessary capabilities and multi-protocol support to accomplish simple feature testing, as well as sophisticated system and scenario testing.
Fanfare (News - Alert) had thus far tested its product during the time of release and automated it afterwards—a time consuming and inefficient process—but now it can automate and test simultaneously with iTest and thereby enhance its operational efficiency and staff productivity.
As soon an app is launched, iTest supposedly captures every action, command and response. This capture mechanism creates a step for each action, written in the language of the device, so anyone developing or testing the device will be able to easily understand the test case.
“IP Infusion and Fanfare share the common business goal of enabling our customers to deliver the highest-quality products within the most efficient timeframe,” said Koichi Narasaki (News - Alert), president and CEO of IP Infusion, in a release. “A key focus of our ZebOS Network Platform software is to reduce customers’ time-to-market while assuring quality and reducing both their cost and risk. With iTest, we can complete thorough testing of our automation tests before releasing products, thus ensuring that our customers receive the maximum level of quality.”
