As 2009 is slowly closing in, many companies are looking back at the year’s performance and contemplating whether the economic recession affected their total year outcome, or whether they managed to stay afloat in these harsh times.
While many suffered, it looks as if 3rd party remote call monitoring provider
BPA International, managed to do very well in a year that was more than difficult for other competitor companies.
“The economy was tough on everyone early in the year, including BPA,” Craig Antonucci, director of Client Strategies at BPA, said in a recent TMCnet interview. “However, we have recovered well and are actually at a better position at the end of this year than we were at the beginning.”
According to company officials, the company’s performance was based on many factors, but one major announcement in particular provided some cushion.
“We’ve released the newest version of our online tool, the BPA Builder,” Antonucci said in a recent TMCnet interview. “The technology is cutting edge for providing access to customer data and analysis.”
This way, customers have updated and functional information that allows them to increase productivity and manage operations within a company and its customer base.
And, when other companies are taking more traditional routes to perfecting their business, BPA continues
to keep a toehold on the competition by striving for excellence in a time when professional success is a rarity.
Check back next week for more of BPA’s 2009 success, and what’s ahead for the company in 2010.
