Verint Doubles Up on Industry Honors

Latin America is a market garnering growing agent, an emerging area with sprawling industry it is ripe for digital transformation. This week, Verint announced it earned a couple of different honors. The choice is yours, but I tend to take my lead from industry accredited sources. When an independent like Frost & Sullivan is spotlighting a firm’s efforts, it must be doing a lot of things right. And in an emerging market like that of Latin America, this could be the beginning of a major coup for the customer engagement firm.
