DMV.us.org Launches Campaign to Review Customer Service Standards

By Jyothi Shanbhag, TMCnet Contributor

DMV.us.org, an organization that provides driving records to commuters all over the United States, has announced its plans to start a campaign to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their current customer service standards.

Millions of Americans have used the company’s website this year to research their driving records. Users just have to enter their name and location to generate a report that provides all driving data available. With a DMV.us.org driving report, users can review records for speeding, how many tickets they have received, DUI reports, or any lingering accident records.

The organization has decided to launch a new campaign to review all levels of its customer service department to find ways to help DMV.us.org work more effortlessly and systematically.

“We want to have the best customer service of any online search company,” a DMV.us.org spokesman said. “The best way for us to do that is to review our customer service structure from time to time and make changes accordingly.”

Initially, the company plans to start an independent review of its front-line customer service workers, having independent agents call them up with questions and concerns and evaluate their performance.

“When that is done, the review will move to the next phase where we'll survey our customers to find out what they think of our product and how they feel about their customer service experience with us,” the DMV.us.org spokesman said. “The goal is to make this as complete a review as possible.”

The review is scheduled to finish in about a month, after which the company will recommend changes based on their findings.

“We know that some parts of the review will be positive, but other parts will push us to make changes,” the DMV.us.org spokesman said. “That's how we'll move forward in the future.”

In related news, DMV.us.org recently released a guide on how to handle traffic stops and what to do after you have been given a citation.
