prairieFyre and AudioCodes Provide Contact Center Solution for Microsoft Lync Customers
Officials with prairieFyre Software said that the combination provides a complete contact center solution for customers who have chosen Microsoft Lync 2010 as their enterprise voice platform.
According to company officials, prairieFyre's Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is a modular software suite developed on the Voice-over-IP and UC architecture of Microsoft Lync Server 2010.
It is for small to medium sized contact centers looking to combine the advanced enterprise voice features of the Lync platform with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) and management applications.
Company officials said that SmartTAP offers customers a high-quality and cost-effective call recording solution for Lync, with over 17 years of call recording expertise behind it. With its ease of use and deployment, SmartTAP is an ideal solution for Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) recording requirements.
"We are excited to be working with AudioCodes (News - Alert) as they have continued to grow their call recording solution for Microsoft Lync," said Chris Courneya, CEO, prairieFyre Software, in a statement.

Both the AudioCodes SmartTAP and prairieFyre Contact Center for Microsoft Lync are Lync Qualified applications that have passed the rigorous and extensive testing requirements and conformed to the specifications and test plans of the Lync ISV Qualification program.
