Hosted Call Recording from CTI Group and Telesphere

In a bid to make it even more compelling for customers to make the switch to VoIP, CTI Group has announced a partnership with Telesphere to provide customers with BroadWorks Integrated call recording capabilities.
 
In addition the call recording, the partnership will also provide Telesphere (News - Alert) with the ability to offer a service that saves time and money – differentiating the company from the competition.
 
CTI (News - Alert) Group provides eBilling, communications and VoIP management solutions. Their
SmartRecord IP solution makes it possible to access recorded calls through a fast and easy Web-based interface and requires no additional costs or proprietary software.
 
Seamless integration with the BroadWorks platform means Telesphere can offer hosted call recording capabilities to customers so they can more easily and quickly realize the benefits of VoIP. Because the offering is hosted, customers can also attain the application without having to disrupt service and without the need for any capital investment.
 
"SmartRecord IP is designed to make adding call recording to the service bundle as easy as possible. We know that many businesses need call recording for their day-to-day business. Layering applications that customers need onto an existing VoIP platform will allow our service provider partners to recognize revenues from new adopters and drive important growth and margin into their new VoIP business models," said Sid Rao, Chief Technology Officer, CTI Group (News - Alert), Inc.
 
Earlier this month, CTI Group announced the latest version of its Smart Record IP offering, version 2.0, which includes a new user interface, more feature functionality and better usability.
 
Thanks to providers like Telesphere who offer a centralized virtual PBX (News - Alert), businesses of any size are now able to make use of features and services that were once only available for larger corporations. This includes Internet and telephony services offered via a hosted solution.
